The Access Key of the Bitsa app, installed on your mobile, is a means to confirm operations.
For example, during the payment process of a transaction, you will be asked to enter this key to confirm the payment.
Remember that the Access Key has a minimum of 6 digits and is created the first time you install the Bitsa app.
If you lose or forget this password you must contact our support colleagues so they can reset it and you can have a new one.
